A limited number of rooms have been reserved for the meeting participants in Hanaholmen for 27-30 August 2025.

All reservations, changes, and cancellations should be made directly to the hotel. Please check the cancellation policy with the hotel.

All prices are per room per night, and include breakfast, gym, morning sauna and swimming, as well as VAT.

The prices below are special prices for the meeting guests. All rooms are subject to availability.

Reserved rooms will be released on July 31st, and after that, remaining rooms will be available at a daily rate.
