Registration fees are VAT 0%, no VAT will be added.

Registration fee includes:

• Access to the sessions and the exhibition

• Coffee breaks and lunches (according to the programme)

• Get-together on Thursday 28th August

Accompanying person fee for Get-together is 50 € and for the Meeting Dinner 100 €.
Please contact Talo Events if you have an accompanying person with you.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

At the end of the registration form, you will be given three alternatives for the payment:

• Credit card: Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

• Pdf-Invoice. You will receive an invoice to your e-mail. Invoice payment to be made by bank transfer.

• E-invoice for the Finnish organizations only. E-invoice fee is 15 EUR

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

All cancellations and changes must be made in writing (email) to Talo Events Congress Office congress.office@taloevents.fi. Cancellation is not confirmed until you receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation.

If a cancellation of registration is received by June 15th 2025, a service fee of 50 EUR will be charged. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after June 15th, 2025.

Please note that no-show does not constitute cancellation. In case of no-show, the registration fee will not be refunded / payment will be charged.
